California Crazy

Rantings of an absent-minded, half-crazy, California teacher. A single mom, a devout Christian (LDS), a lover of arts and music, a perfectionist - who never quite gets there, a jack-of-all-trades, master of none, type-A personality.

Blue and Gold

OK, so tonight was the blue and gold banquet. The theme was Lompoc History, so Hunter and Jeremy made a Chumash Indian village. The ground was oreos and green coconut. The tule huts were snowballs (you can see the pink peeking out) covered in lemon icing, pretzels, and yellow coconut. The blue icing river flowed through both of their cakes. I only wish I could have found the pocohontas figurine. There were lots of other great cakes too....
